At Home Dining

We tend to have two menus always running. Our 3 course "At Home" box menu will change every two weeks, and we'll have a special running which will change every 4 weeks.

We tend to do set menus due to the size of our kitchen team. But we love to try please everyone so please do get in touch and we'll see what we can do.

Yes, all our boxes come with methods for finishing off at home. All our boxes require very little to finish off, giving you more time to relax and enjoy.

Certainly, we can cater for all your needs with wine paired at home dining. Including virtual office parties with boxes to suit all your staff needs. Get in touch today. 

Local Deliveries

Our local delivery radius is within 15 miles from the shop - AB315SS.

Don't worry if you are a little bit further away just give us a call and we will see what we can do. Alternatively we can ship via our national couriers. 

We deliver Monday - Saturday's locally.

Please note although you can pick your delivery day during checkout we can't always guarantee this so advise getting in touch.

Monday's

Within a 5 mile radius of the shop.

Tuesday's

Within a 7 mile radius of the shop.

Wednesday's

Within a 5 mile radius of the shop.

Thursday's

Within a 7 mile radius of the shop.

Friday's

On Friday's we deliver to all locations within our 15 miles radius.

Saturday's

On Saturday's we deliver to all locations within our 15 miles radius.

Local Delivery | Orders Over £50.00 - within 14 miles - Free

Local Delivery | Orders Under £50.00 - within 14 miles - £3.50

Local Delivery | Orders Under £100.00 - within 14-24 miles - £5.00

Local Delivery | Orders Over £100.00 - within 14-24 miles - Free

Local Delivery | Out of Area Under £80 - 24- 28 miles - £10.00

We don't offer delivery time slots but our system sends out a text message/ email with a rough delivery on the day of your delivery. If you'd like a more up to date delivery time please call us on the day of your delivery.

National Shipping

We use three main carriers for national delivery. For smaller shipments and single bottles we ship via Royal Mail. For all other shipments we use DHL Or TNT Express. For remote locations we tend to use Royal Mail or ParcelForce. If you have any questions regarding deliveries to your area please get in touch.

Due to the remote locations of the below postcodes we are unable to deliver our "At Home" Dining boxes to the listed postcodes below;

We try as much as possible to ship all orders (excluding At Home Dining boxes) the same day.

Royal Mail cut-off 3pm

TNT Next Day cut-off 2pm

UK Mail Express cut-off 10am

In busy periods these may change and we reply on our courier partners. However we try our best to get your orders out ASAP.

Shipping costs differ depending on your order. Prices started at £5.25 for Royal Mail 2nd Class recorded and go up to £9.95 for TNT Next Day. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout.

Yes, we ship to most EU countries. Please get in touch if you are having issues during checkout.

Our couriers don't issue time slots but deliver between 8am and 6pm. Full tracking can be found in your account section and tracking details are you emailed once your order has been fulfilled. 

Ordering

We welcome phone orders by calling the shop on 01330538070. You can however place orders online 24/7.

Yes, we certainly do. Please choose the "Store Pick-Up" option while checking out.

Your invoice will be attached to the confirmation email you receive having purchased your item. We do not send printed invoices.
