We tend to do set menus due to the size of our kitchen team. But we love to try please everyone so please do get in touch and we'll see what we can do.
Yes, all our boxes come with methods for finishing off at home. All our boxes require very little to finish off, giving you more time to relax and enjoy.
Our local delivery radius is within 15 miles from the shop - AB315SS.
Don't worry if you are a little bit further away just give us a call and we will see what we can do. Alternatively we can ship via our national couriers.
Your preferred delivery date can’t always be guaranteed and changes maybe be made to fit with our delivery logistics. This includes using couriers to deliver. Please get in touch if you’d like your delivery date confirmed.
Due to inclement weather we may make alternative arrangements be it delaying deliveries or offering a pick-up point. We appreciate your understanding.
We deliver Tuesday - Saturday's locally.
Please note although you can pick your delivery day during checkout we can't always guarantee this so advise getting in touch.

We don't offer delivery time slots but our system sends out a text message/ email with a rough delivery on the day of your delivery. If you'd like a more up to date delivery time and date please call as we can’t always guarantee your selected date.
We use three main carriers for national delivery. For smaller shipments and single bottles we ship via Royal Mail. For all other shipments we use UK Mail (48 Hour Service) Or DHL Express ( 24 Hour Service). For remote locations we tend to use Royal Mail or Parcelforce. If you have any questions regarding deliveries to your area please get in touch.

We try as much as possible to ship all orders (excluding At Home Dining boxes) the same day.

In busy periods these may change and we reply on our courier partners. However we try our best to get your orders out ASAP.
Shipping costs differ depending on your order.
Prices started at £5.25 for Royal Mail 2nd Class recorded and go up to £9.95 for DHL Express . Shipping costs are calculated during checkout.
Yes, we ship to most EU countries. Please get in touch if you are having issues during checkout.
Our couriers don't issue time slots but deliver between 8am and 6pm. Full tracking can be found in your account section and tracking details are you emailed once your order has been fulfilled.
We welcome phone orders by calling the shop on 01330538070. You can however place orders online 24/7.
Yes, we certainly do. Please choose the "Store Pick-Up" option while checking out.
If we are not open please follow the instructions on the door for pick-up orders.
