Vineyard: Château Gros Caillou representsa specific plot of land within the property bases on deep gravely siliceous soils with an average vine ago of 35 years. From the best vines both in age and terroir.  

Vinification:Vinification by thermo-regulation, aging in barrels, it is recognized as Grand Cru.
