East Coast Cured's interpretation of a Spanish classic, this Chorizo is bursting with flavour. Seasoned with special blend of spices, a few herbs, and a wee drop of red wine and bourbon, this chorizo packs a punch. Try this Chorizo with an aperitif of bourbon on the rocks or as the flavour finale of a charcuterie board.

Great on the BBQ, on pizzas, or pasta sauces.

As everything is made by hand the weights and sizes, vary from batch to batch.

Storage: Store in a cool place. Once opened consume within 2 weeks (9-month shelf-life for vac-packed products)
