The wines are then aged carefully in French oak in order to add extra weight and depth, giving them an extra dimension to the other Little Beauty vintages. The project focuses primarily on Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Gris production, but also includes a Pinot Noir, which displays an elegant combination of dark ripe cherry, coffee, and thyme notes – a simply fantastic wine.
