Full-bodied and well-rounded with a complex structure. Bursting with flavours of dried apricots, pineapple and hints of vanilla and honey that last long on the finish.

Bottle Information

Vinification: Hand harvested including 3-4% of bunches affected by botrytis. The juice is then fermented in a barrel before being left on its lees for 10/12 months.
