This wine shows fresh tropical fruits, such as white peach and apricot, with a crisp and refreshing finish. It is unwooded and marries the freshness of Sauvignon Blanc with the texture and perfume of Viognier to create a perfect summer wine. Serve as an aperitif or with light dishes.

Unique Selling Point: Only estate fruit from the Thelema and Sutherland vineyards is used for this light, refreshing wine. The name Mountain White comes from the Simoneberg Mountain, where our Thelema vineyard is located

Vineyard: 100% estate-grown fruit, VSP trellising system, hand-harvested

Vinification: Hand-harvested, de-stemmed, stainless steel tanks.
