The Fabre family have been making wine for generations, with their history stretching all the way back to 1605. They settled at Gasparets in 1711 and today continue to produce wines from this beautiful corner of southern France.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eThis organic red is a blend of \u003cstrong\u003eMourvèdre, Carignan and Syrah\u003c\/strong\u003e, with fruit harvested by hand from low-yielding vineyards surrounded by the pine forests and wild scrubland of the Corbières.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eIt's rich and powerful without becoming heavy. Expect plenty of \u003cstrong\u003eripe cherry, blackberry and dark fruit\u003c\/strong\u003e, followed by exotic spice, liquorice and a lovely touch of eucalyptus.
