Vineyard: From the cool climate of the Casablanca Valley, Vinamar wines are crafted by gifted young winemaker, Francesca Perazzo. The cool nights mean that grapes ripen perfectly and arrive at the winery in pristine condition ready to be transformed into these fantastic easy drinking styles.
Vinification: The wine goes through a pre- fermentative cold maceration for 4-6 days. It is then fermented at temperatures of 24° - 29°C, during 17 days. When fermentation has finished, the wine was aged in French and American oak barrels for 12 months.
