Charming, aromatic dry white wine, the nose like a bouquet of white flowers, the mouth a basket of pears and peaches, with a final refreshing wash of grapefruit.  

Food Matching: Enjoy with dinner, Summer evenings, With friends. Great with asparagus, salads with citrus, fish, and seafood in sauce 

Bottle Information

Vineyard: Sandy-silty terroir and clay-limestone with some schist as well as siliceous pebble. Soil perfectly suited for the production of high-quality wines

Vinification: Harvested by the machine during the night as the cool temperatures preserve all the aromas of the grapes. Direct pressing, settling of the juice, and alcoholic fermentation at 16°C.
