Food Matching: This aromatic wine woud suit a variety of light salad dishes, fish or chicken.
Vineyard: Traditional viticultural methods are used. Soil type is clay, gravel and limestone. Green harvest and hand harvest with a thorough sorting process to ensure only the best fruit.
Vinification: Traditional vinification with fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Barrel ageing for 10 months with 35% new French oak.
