Banchory Gin - Autumn / Winter Batch 2

Due to Batch 1 selling out in less than a week, we are awaiting the arrival of Batch 2. Same great autumn/ winter taste but just Batch 2.

Guy has been tinkering away working on our own gin recipe for a while now. Using local botanicals where possible we are proud to bring you Banchory Gin - Batch 2. This is the first in a series aiming to curate seasonally distinctive gins. Batch 2 focuses on the flavours of Rowan berries, Heather, and Heather honey along with some classic gin botanicals which will become our baseline recipe.

This one has a slightly herbaceous style, with ripeness on the palate from the berries, balanced by a soft spice. The perfect winter tipple to warm the cockles and soothe the soul.

Best served with a slice of lemon or a sprig of rosemary.
