The first on our virtual tastings for whisky. Teaming up with our pals at Douglas Laing Whisky we are putting on an evening of chat and fun on how the legendary Timorous Beastie 18-Year-Old is made.
Joining Guy Finlayson of The Strong Water Co along with Jamie Williamson and Stuart Baxter of Douglas Laing, enjoying 4 drams with some top-quality cold meats and cheese from IJ Mellis in Edinburgh to play around with and create your own Timorous Beastie! Enjoy using similar drams as your watercolors to make up a Timorous Beastie of your own while learning and enjoying more about single cask small batch whiskies.
