An independent single cask rum from Barbados distillery, Foursquare. Which is bottled by Little Brown Dog Spirits in Aberdeenshire! This 2011 vintage Bajan rum has been bottled at natural cask strength, with only 210 bottles filled from the cask.

Tasting Notes 

Nose-

Creme caramel, cranberry sauce, health food shop.

Palate-

Wild lingonberries, dulce de leche, apple pie ( obviously).

Finish-

Dark marmalade, green chilies, liquorice allsorts ( the pink and blue bobbly ones)
