Tasting Note: ChileanMoscatel, dry yet highly aromatic, full of flowers, musk and light notes of honey, with a flick of bitterness on the finish.
Food Matching: Seafood, fried fish, king crab
Production Method: Pale yellowcolour, typicalmuscatel aroma, full of fruit and flowers over a light honey parfum. Sweet attack that evolves in crispy acidity and final bitterness
Vineyard: Old Dry farmed vineyards in soft slopes of coastal mountains ofItata Valley. Ancestry viticulture, low intervention
Vinification: Manual destemming (by “zaranda) softly crushed by hands. Cold maceration at 12°C, soft pressed and static and cold decantation. Selected and neutral yeast added, low SO2. Fermentation between 12 and 14°C. Static decantation and light filtered bottled.
