Tasting Notes: Flowery, pretty Provençal rosé, fragrant with acacia and hawthorn followed by an enchanting mouthful of exotic fruit, wild pear, cumin and nutmeg.
Food Matching: Aperitifs (salmon rillettes), bean salad, roast poultry, lobster quenelle, salmon lasagne.
Vineyard: Clay and limestone, pebbles and sand caused by erosion from the Sainte Victoire Mountain.
Vinification: Mechanical harvests at dawn. Direct pressing, settling, and low fermentation temperature.
