Tasting Note: The blooding hue dark and deep. On the nose, lifted red fruit flavours give way to notes of fresh eucalyptus. Delicious red fruit in the mouth is combined with fine and silky tannins.

Vineyard: Vineyards conducted in sustainable farming 

Vinification: Blend with 60% of traditional wine making process with 13 days of fermentation around 26-26°c. 20% of fruit undergoes carbonic maceration and 20% of Thermo flash wine making.
