Lindeman's Pecheresse is a gorgeous young lambic that has been blended with peach juice. It pours a sparkling golden colour but it's really the wonderfully interesting, sweet-yet-sour, flavour that is the seductive star of the show. Expect big notes of, obviously, peaches alongside a subtle citrus character and its typical bold sourness.
A dry, refreshing finish gives way to a lingering sweetness that has each sip going down almost way too easy. This is a beautiful fruit lambic.
