Tasting Note: Fruity, approachable young red, rustic and spicy, offering a mouthful of red cherries and tangy redcurrants.
Food Matching: Potato and chorizo tortilla, Mexican burritos.
Vineyard: Old Dry farmed vineyards in soft slopes of coastal mountains of Itata Valley. Ancestry viticulture, low intervention.
Vinification: Manual desteeming (by “zaranda) softly crushed by hands. Fermented in open tanks and macerated for 7 days before pressed in static press. Stay in stainless steel before blending for 6 months. Light filtered and bottled.
