Deliciously hoppy, smooth and full-bodied. Generous amounts of American and Solvenian hops for sweet grapefruit, mango, mandarin orange, and a hint of coconut and vanilla.
A mixed fermentation with non-traditional yeasts isolated from flowers frees trapped hop flavours that would otherwise be lost.
