The dessert;

Pistachio and polenta cake,
Blueberry, mini meringues, pistachio praline.

Tasting Note:

Bright cherry-red colour, with aromas of sweet, ripe cherries, blackberries, and hints of ripe peaches. Light balsamic background with very subtle, clean, roasted notes coming from the oak, making it very fragrant as a whole. Well-structured in the mouth, with intense fruity reminiscences and a tasty and velvety finish.
