The Menu

To start;

Spiced sticky chicken wings, Asian slaw

The main;

Grilled fillet of wild turbot,

garlic and lemon thyme butter,

summer greens and baby new potatoes.

The dessert;

Black cherry, chocolate sponge, kirsch gel, and caramelized oat biscuit.

To Finish;

coffee complete with smokey whisky truffles.

The Wine

Green Fish Verdejo

Spain – 2018  

12% ABV 

Tasting Note: Well-defined aromas of stone fruits, almonds, and citrus. On the palate there is a lovely balance of richness and freshness.  

Add-on's

NV Brut Baron De Marck Gobillard Champagne

France – 12.5% ABV

Tasting Note: A pure, limpid, and soft champagne with stylish character. Its fruit is fresh and appealing, bursting with apples and lemons. An uplifting note of freshly baked brioche adds complexity and class to an elegantly balanced palate. 

Cheese Platter

60 grams of each cheese, quince jelly, and a pack of Duncan's of Deeside Oatcakes.

Alp Blossom -

It has a beautifully creamy and nutty flavour with a spicy and floral finish. The flowers add a great texture and a better taste. Made with pasteurised cow’s milk and traditional rennet.

Baron -

A soft and buttery raw milk brie style cheese from Fen Farm Dairy in Sussex, England. Mild and creamy this is perfect with a sweet chutney or fruity condiment.

Comté  Aged 22 Months-

Comté has a creamy texture with occasional crystals, sweet and nutty to savoury and vegetal flavours.
