Tasting Notes

Nose – Richly perfumed (as you might expect from the name). Subtle sweetness of honey and almond. Soft rye spiciness.

Palate – Vanilla, rose petal jam, rounded juniper, and light hints of redcurrant.

Finish – Delicately floral on the finish, supported by more vanilla and nutty chocolate.
