We thought with our chef being American and with thanksgiving coming up there was no better next menu than to let her produce to you her traditional thanksgiving supper. Put together by Lisa on a real homely traditionally menu typically had in homes across America during thanksgiving.

Confit turkey thigh with Gravy, cranberry, orange, and rosemary chutney, with a local Sourdough stuffing.
Green bean, wild mushroom, and crispy shallot casserole, Herbed Honey cornbread and Candied sweet potatoes with toasted marshmallow pecan topping
Pumpkin Pie with spiced chantilly cream
A 60gram bag of local Bennachie Seasonal blend ground coffee and our homemade smokey whisky truffles.

Tasting Note: a complex bouquet of spiced berries, rhubarb, and earthy characters. Light-bodied nuances of sweet cherry and a hint of forest floor, continuing with a long and well-balanced finish.
