Tasting Note: Clean pale-yellow colour, tropical aromas such as peach, pineapple and banana with sweet vanilla notes. Fresh-fruit sensation in mouth with a long pleasant finish.
Food Matching: Ideal to pair with chicken, game birds, pork, veal and pasta.
Vineyard: Hand harvested from fruit grown in the Casablanca Valley.
Vinification: After harvest, grapes go through maceration at controlled temperature (10-12°C) for 6 hours. Grapes are then pressed and decanted to separate juice from solids. Fermentation is carried out for 20 days at low temperatures (<14°C).
