These vines are over 45 years old and produce naturally low yields of concentrated, characterful fruit.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eThe grapes are \u003cstrong\u003epicked by hand and naturally fermented\u003c\/strong\u003e back at Wildeberg before the wine is matured in French oak.
