Well, the long wait is over, We are delighted to have our Banchory Gin back in stock.
A new environmentally friendly 1-litre milk bottle design, making it a lighter bottle and a perfect vase, water bottle or decanter for the table once you've finished the gin.
Guy has been tinkering away working on our gin recipe for a while now. Using local botanicals where possible we are proud to bring you back, Banchory Gin. Focusing on the flavours of Rowan berries, Heather, and Heather honey along with some classic gin botanicals which will become our baseline recipe.
This one has a slightly herbaceous style, with ripeness on the palate from the berries, balanced by a soft spice. The perfect tipple to warm the cockles and soothe the soul.
Best served with a slice of lemon or a sprig of rosemary.
