Tasting Notes

Sparkling Trebbiano from Abruzzo in central Italy, enjoyably perfumed with almonds and white flowers, with flavours of honey and roasted hazelnut.  

Food Matching: Perfect with sharing platters and tapas. Cheese and charcuterie boards. Also a great pairing for Mexican food, especially tacos! 

Bottle Information

Vineyard: The Trebbiano grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks and when the must still has nearly 20gr/l residual sugar. After secondary fermentation the wine is bottled where the fermentation is ended up, unfined and unfiltered. ␉␉ 

Vinification: Organic Viticulture used for this vineyard. Vines are trained in the Guyot system. The vineyard is manually harvested.
