Callista. A tenuous reference to Ally McBeal aside, 'Callista' means 'most beautiful' in Greek. This hop is a hybrid of Hallertau Tradition and Huell . Fruity, citrussy and quite deliciousy. This is, of course, the organic version, so arms and legs were sold to acquire it in such abundance. 100% organic, 100% most beautiful.
