Nose - Buttered Balmoral bread, vanilla, apple tarte tatin, orange spice.

Palate - Rolling spice with more apples and pears rolled in fresh vanilla and charred oak.

Finish - Now more caramel, slightly burnt toffee with a lingering spice balance.

5th Anniversary Bottling...sublime!

This bottling is a must for all whisky lovers. A great local dram. I opened it last weekend with friends and it was finished the same night. It is a real crowd pleaser. 10yrs old but it is incredibly fruity with a lovely caramel and toffee finish. Definitely purchasing another bottle.
