Tasting notes

Expressive aromas of feijoa, lemon zest, and elderflower fuse beautifully with a palate featuring a mouth-watering fresh acidity and lime and green apple flavours.

Wine making

100% whole bunch pressed grapes. Fermentation in 90% stainless steel and 10% in older French oak. The wine was matured for 3 months on the yeast lees to add body.
