Distilled on 28th March 2007 and bottled in February 2026 after 18 years of maturation, this exceptional whisky was drawn from a single First Fill Oloroso Sherry Butt and bottled at its natural cask strength of 57.4% ABV. Only 662 bottles were produced, making this a sought-after release for whisky enthusiasts and collectors alike. 

Tasting Notes

Nose: Rich sherried aromas of raisins, figs, dark cherries and plum compote, complemented by orange peel, cocoa powder, walnut and warming oak spice. 

Palate: Full-bodied and luxurious with layers of dried fruits, dark chocolate, roasted nuts, toffee, honeyed malt and baking spices. The robust cask strength delivers intensity while retaining Glen Spey's elegant Speyside character.

Finish: Long and warming with lingering sherry sweetness, oak spice, cocoa, dried fruit and a touch of polished wood.
