Raasay Dùn Cana Sherry Quarter Cask Release is a distinctive Isle of Raasay single malt Scotch whisky that showcases the distillery’s innovative approach to cask maturation. Crafted from both peated and unpeated spirit, it is first matured in ex-rye whisky casks before a secondary maturation in Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry quarter casks.

The use of smaller sherry casks intensifies flavour development, resulting in a rich, layered whisky that balances fruit sweetness, spice and gentle coastal smoke. Bottled at 52% ABV, it is non-chill filtered and naturally coloured.
