Ardnamurchan 10 Year Old 2026 Release marks the return of one of Scotland's most exciting young distilleries with the second batch of its acclaimed age-statement single malt. Bottled at 46.8% ABV, this limited annual release showcases the character and complexity of whisky matured for a decade on Scotland's rugged west coast.

Created using whisky distilled in 2014, 2015 and 2016, the 2026 release combines an almost equal balance of peated and unpeated spirit. Matured predominantly in ex-bourbon casks, with a small proportion of sherry-matured whisky adding richness and depth, this is a beautifully balanced expression of Ardnamurchan's distinctive maritime style.

Expect layers of orchard fruit, creamy vanilla, coastal salinity and gentle peat smoke, supported by a rich, oily texture and a lingering finish. Bottled without chill filtration and at natural colour, this is a superb example of modern Highland single malt whisky.

Nose: Fresh orchard fruits, citrus zest and creamy vanilla, accompanied by coastal sea air, soft oak and delicate woodsmoke.

Palate: Rich and oily, with sweet malt, ripe fruit, honeyed vanilla and gentle spice. Subtle sherry richness combines with maritime salinity and beautifully integrated peat smoke.

Finish: Long, warming and gently smoky, with lingering coastal freshness, sweet oak and soft spice.
