Production

The harvests took place from 26 September to 31 October with four successive rounds of picking. 50% of the wine was vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats and 50% in re-used barrels. Ageing took 16 months in re-used barrels from the Tonnellerie des Domaines

Worth waiting for!

I split a bottle with a friend I work with after our shift.

Notes are spot on and the texture of it was grand.

Will be buying another on my day off. Was well worth it.
