Ginny our Highland Cow, is the first of the artist editions. Illustrated by Scottish artist Kat Baxter, Ginny is depicted using Juniper, Rosehip, Rowan Berry, Orange, and Lemon which are all used in the gin. 

Tasting Notes

The Gin is Juniper led with citrus and floral notes on the nose. Dry to taste initially, the gin opens up beautifully when served over ice with your favourite tonic water. Expect citrus notes and a lovely floral lingering finish.
