Little Brown Dog Bruichladdich 2012 – 14-Year-Old Amarone Cask

Bruichladdich meets Amarone. A wonderfully indulgent Islay single malt.

Distilled on 21 June 2012, this exceptional 14-year-old Bruichladdich has spent its entire maturation in an Amarone wine barrique, combining the distillery's distinctive buttery, weighty spirit with the dark fruit richness of Italian red wine maturation.

Bottled by Little Brown Dog Spirits at 56.1% ABV, this is a UK-exclusive release with just 172 bottles produced. The whisky offers an indulgent combination of creamy texture, ripe fruit and sweet dessert flavours.

Even the label has a story. The Jeep featured on the bottle was built by Little Brown Dog's Chris for the people involved in recommissioning Bruichladdich Distillery and subsequently driven all the way to Islay.
