Distilled in 2013 and matured for 13 years before bottling in 2026, this limited-edition single malt was finished in First Fill Oloroso Sherry Butts, adding rich layers of dried fruit, spice and chocolate to Auchentoshan's famously elegant spirit. Bottled at a robust 50.8% ABV, natural colour and non-chill filtered, this whisky offers a beautifully balanced marriage of Lowland refinement and sherry cask richness. The label features the magnificent St Andrews Cathedral, part of Signatory's sought-after Monuments of Scotland collection.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Honeyed malt, orange peel, sultanas and milk chocolate, complemented by polished oak, toffee and gentle baking spices.

Palate: Silky and approachable despite its strength, delivering flavours of dried figs, raisins, caramel, roasted nuts and dark chocolate, supported by Auchentoshan's signature triple-distilled smoothness. 

Finish: Long and warming with lingering sherry sweetness, cinnamon spice, oak tannins and candied citrus.
