Tasting Notes

Nose: Fresh and aromatic, with grassy herbs, custard cream and zesty lime alongside ripe green apple. There is a lovely balance between fresh citrus and creamy sweetness, with a gentle vanilla character developing underneath.

Palate: Smooth, creamy and beautifully rounded, bringing together vanilla, soft orchard fruits and sweet malt. The texture is pleasantly rich and oily, with crisp apple acidity and fresh citrus adding balance and keeping the palate lively.

Finish: Refreshing and gently lingering, with ripe apple, citrus zest and soft vanilla giving way to delicate herbal and malty notes.
