Bottled at natural cask strength, non-chill filtered and with natural colour, this limited release highlights the unique influence of rye cask maturation on the distillery's elegant island spirit. 

Without peat smoke to compete for attention, the rye cask influence shines through with layers of vanilla, honey, orchard fruits and warming spice. Rich and full-bodied, this single cask bottling delivers exceptional depth while retaining the fresh maritime character that has quickly made Isle of Raasay one of Scotland's most exciting modern distilleries.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Honey, vanilla pod, fresh apples, sweet cereals, baking spices and gentle oak.
