After releasing several particularly dark and heavily sherried whiskies, the Little Brown Dog team decided to give whisky lovers the opportunity to explore the sherry itself.

Matured using the traditional solera and criaderas system, this is a dark, sweet and indulgent sherry that offers a fascinating insight into the flavours associated with PX sherry cask maturation.
