Vineyard: Sandy-silty terroir and clay-limestone with some schist as well as siliceous pebble. Soil perfectly suited for the production of high-quality wines
Vinification: Harvested by the machine during the night as the cool temperatures preserve all the aromas of the grapes. Direct pressing, settling of the juice, and alcoholic fermentation at 16°C.
