Tasting Note: A seductive mulberry-glistening, sweet-char charmer of a wine. Strong, pliable tannins tucked so deep into the dark-velvet fruit that it's almost impossible to detect them. Lavish expansion of cassis and purple-pink olives. Juicy, Juicy, Juicy.

Food Matching: Duck Rillette, Chicken satay, pasta bolognese.

Vineyard: Altitude’s vineyard of clay and limestone is used to produce grapes for this characterful wine. The vineyard is currently converting to Organic cerification.

Vineyard: Sustainable.

Vinification: Traditional winemaking for the Syrah and Mourvèdre. Carbonic maceration for the Carignan. Aged 12 months in concrete tank.
