Inspired by a family holiday to Tuscany, their Fennel salami combines pork with toasted fennel seeds, red wine, garlic, and black pepper to create a smooth and well-balanced salami. The combination of lightly toasted fennel seeds and local pork is a joy to behold; however, our Fennel salami will add depth and flavour to a rich tomato pasta sauce or cassoulet with red wine and red wine shallots.
