Green Fish Verdejo

Tasting Note: Well-defined aromas of stone fruits, almonds, and citrus. On the palate there is a lovely balance of richness and freshness.
Food Matching: Fish, salads, grilled white meat, egg-based dishes.
Vineyard: Made from Verdejo grapes grown in the Rueda region.
Vinification: The grapes are destemmed, pressed and fed into a stainless-steel tank. The grapes must be clarified by cooling for 24 hours to allow the solids to settle at the bottom of the tank. Fermentation then takes place at 17 ºC to retain aromatic compounds. The wine is filtered before bottling to ensure stability.
