Tasting Notes

A nose of plump, chewy barley, buttercream and hints of smoke shellfish is succeeded by a salvo of oak, skin-on toasted almonds and heather. The finish reminds me of the sensation left in the mouth after a battle with Atlantic sea-spray at Machir Bay, on Islay's west coast. Uncompromisingly Hebridean
