Tasting Note: Floral, fresh and zingy with fruity notes. A well-balanced wine with a delightfully long finish.
Food Matching: It pairs perfectly with mussels, squid, octopus & oysters.
Vineyard: The vineyards are planted to a density of around 1666 plants/ha in order to generate a yield of 75hl/ha. The soil is predominantly granitic soils & 90% of the vineyards are trained to cordon system.
Vinification: Fermentation takes place in stainless tanks at a low temperature between 12- 14ºC for around three weeks, followed by a period of ageing on its lees.
