A vintage in which we made fruit and finesse the priority. The nose, still a little buttery, expresses lovely notes of red fruit (redcurrants), dark fruit (blueberries), violets, and light tobacco. The palate is smooth and evolves with a fresh, refined texture. Very pleasant, fruity, full-bodied character. The finish is moderately long and elegant with notes of fresh fruit and vanilla. Serve with: grills cured and prepared meats (charcuterie), fresh cheeses.

Vineyard: 100% biodynamic from 201 vintages. The fruit is manually harvested.
Vinification: Fermentation in small concrete vats on a plot by plot basis. Matured in barrels (20% new) for 16 months
Grapes: Cabernet Sauvignon 75%; Merlot 25%.
