Red Wine & Garlic Salami: East Coast Curred

East Coast Cured's first-ever recipe was developed in the eaves of Steven and Susie’s family home prior to starting commercial production. This classic Italian-style salami is flavoured with red wine, garlic, and black pepper.
Best enjoyed thinly sliced with an aperitif or as part of a cheese board with a light to medium-bodied Italian red.
Ingredients: Pork, salt, dextrose, curing salts (E250 & E252), wine, garlic & spices
Allergens: Our herbs & spices are packed in a plant that handles nuts, sesame, wheat, soya, gluten & mustard
Storage: Store in a cool place. Once opened consume within 2 weeks (9-month shelf-life for vac-packed products)
