Production

Viognier grapes from a small parcel of less than a hectare are picked at optimum ripeness - a decision made by Guillaume Létang in consultation with the grower Patrick Bech, to deliver rich, concentrated flavours. Situated in the Vin du Pays du Gard in the Languedoc, the vineyard is abundant with apricot trees that surround the vineyards, and which, like the vines benefit from the terroir and climatic conditions of the region. Must is cooled prior to vinification to ensure maximum fruit concentration and no oak is used.
