Red berries and sour cherry flavours on the nose.

Wine Production

100% Shavkapito, an indigenous Georgian grape variety, hand-harvested in the central Gori Region, Central Kartli. The wine is fermented on skins for 7-10 days, then a secondary malolactic fermentation takes place for 15 days. Once the alcoholic fermentation is finished skins are separated from the wine and it continues to mature in Qvevri for 6-8 additional months.
